Yoga

Welcome to Yoga Flow, an immersive program designed to introduce practitioners to the transformative practices of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Whether you're a beginner or seeking to deepen your yoga journey, this program offers a comprehensive and accessible approach to these two popular yoga styles.

Hatha Yoga, the foundation of many modern yoga styles, emphasizes alignment, balance, and breath control. In our Hatha sessions, you'll learn fundamental yoga poses (asanas) and sequences, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Through precise instruction and gentle guidance, you'll develop a solid understanding of proper alignment and breathing techniques, enhancing your overall well-being.

Vinyasa Yoga, also known as "flow" yoga, seamlessly links movement with breath, creating a dynamic and energizing practice. Our Vinyasa sessions will take you through fluid sequences of poses, synchronizing each movement with the inhale and exhale. With a focus on fluidity and grace, you'll experience a sense of flow and freedom as you move through each sequence, cultivating both physical and mental agility.

Seth Wenning

Yoga Instructor/Woodland Creature

Seth is a man of many interests: art, plants, and anatomy to name a few. He was introduced to yoga in high school and has maintained a personal yoga practice since then. Attending massage school in 2019 solidified a passion for holding space and helping others feel "at home" in their bodies. Now having been certified in a 200-hour yoga teacher training, yoga has become an extension of this. He uses the poses and sequences to help people tap into their strengths, help healthy bodies stay healthy, and encourage a sense of play in movement.

Seth currently owns and operates his own massage therapy business: Bluem Herbal Bodywork. Prior to yoga teacher training he taught for three years at Indiana Therapeutic Massage School teaching hands-on techniques, Asian modalities such as traditional Chinese medicine and shiatsu, and mindfulness based methods in massage.
