The Flow Space Team!

The Flow Space team is full of highly motivated individuals with a passion for movement. We live to remind people the power of play and the benefits of movement all with a healthy dose of chaos!

With backgrounds in disciplines from skateboarding, to karate, to theater, to gymnastics, to parkour, to bodywork, we carefully curate a rich curriculum for our students to see movement and life through new eyes. We believe in the power of community to bring out the best of people and we can not wait to bring you into our community of movers!

Our Owners!

Logan and Julia Piner

and Hazel

Logan served as Parkour Director for Hoosier Warriors Gym since 2018 before Julia convinced him to follow his dream and buy out Hoosier Warriors to create The Flow Space. He has loved being a part of this community of movers, who have outgrown 2 spaces in his time with the gym! He has 14 years of experience in Parkour and has been coaching for 6 years at multiple gyms across the midwest. He is a Level 3 certified instructor through American Parkour and has taught coaches and PE teachers across the country. He has been doing professional parkour performances since 2019, and he is a professional tag athlete for "World Chase Tag" as seen on ESPN!

Julia owns Happy Juju, where she works as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Birth/Postpartum Doula. She is passionate about the mind-body connection and believes there should be more trauma-informed work. The body can carry so many stories that need to be processed, heard, and validated. Her movement background primarily consists of Shotokan Karate - from training, to teaching, to competing nationally.

Look out for us around the gym with our girls, Hazel (our 7 month old baby) and Opal (our 1 year old puppy)!

Mike Atchley

Head Coach

Athlete, Mentor, Skateboarder, Artist, Dad: Just a few of the many titles that he holds with pride. If there is one thing about Coach Mike, it’s that he gives his all for what he loves. His passion for movement and fun carry over into his love for teaching and kids. His career as a profession movement instructor began in 2017. Where he worked up to running a gym in Fishers and becoming the instructional face and brain of a worldwide, youth movement company. Logan and Julia put in over a year’s worth of hard work and finally got him here at The Flow Space!

Parkour is his preferred discipline for sure, but Coach Mike takes on a more acrobatic and techy movement style that blends seamlessly with his background in skateboarding and martial arts. You can think of his “coaching persona” as that crazy uncle in charge of the kids at holiday parties mixed with a video-encyclopedia of seemingly random, yet surprisingly helpful, information. Before he found his calling, Coach Mike was a Lifeguard Instructor for the City of Indianapolis. He spent nearly 4 years teaching dozens of people how to save lives.

Coach Rebecca

Tumbling Director

"I fell in love with gymnastics at very young age and have never stopped.

There is so much discipline, determination, self-confidence, and teamwork that gymnastics teaches. I love watching the confidence grow in kids as they learn difficult skills as well as the lifelong lessons they will carry on with them. I began my own gymnastics career as a toddler and was a gymnast for close to 16 years with 4 of those being competitive. I have two daughters that are competitive gymnasts that keep me busy as well. I have 13 years coaching experience within developmental recreation gymnastics and all compulsory competitive team levels".

Seth Wenning

Yoga Instructor/Woodland Creature

Seth is a man of many interests: art, plants, and anatomy to name a few. He was introduced to yoga in high school and has maintained a personal yoga practice since then. Attending massage school in 2019 solidified a passion for holding space and helping others feel "at home" in their bodies. Now having been certified in a 200-hour yoga teacher training, yoga has become an extension of this. He uses the poses and sequences to help people tap into their strengths, help healthy bodies stay healthy, and encourage a sense of play in movement.

Seth currently owns and operates his own massage therapy business: Bluem Herbal Bodywork. Prior to yoga teacher training he taught for three years at Indiana Therapeutic Massage School teaching hands-on techniques, Asian modalities such as traditional Chinese medicine and shiatsu, and mindfulness based methods in massage.
